Online Terms Review Notes
A close reading of what your store publishes, set beside what the Act asks an online seller to show and how the shop really operates.
What you receive
A written account, in one document, of where your published terms already match the display items in Art. 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, where a line is present but easy to miss, and where a gap could reasonably lead to a complaint. Every point is tied to the wording it concerns. The document is information: it does not say how a dispute would be decided.
Where terms drift
Terms tend to grow the way a store does: a line added when a product range changed, a return window shortened after one bad week, a subscription fitted on without going back over the rest. Nothing careless is needed for this to happen. After a while the document simply no longer describes the shop in every place, and the gaps show up when a customer reads closely.
How the reading works
Your terms of use, terms of sale and specified-commercial-transaction notice are read together, together with a short look at checkout, return handling and any recurring charge. Each finding is written as an observation with the relevant provision cited, and marked as an obligation or a matter of practice.
A sample observation
Illustrative sample, not taken from a real store
Art. 11, Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (display of return conditions) Observation: the return policy is stated in general terms; who pays return shipping is not shown on the same page. Status: matter of obligation - return conditions should be shown clearly. Check the current text of the Act and ordinance.
How it proceeds
Work starts when the current terms and the store link have arrived and the scope has been confirmed in writing. Questions that come up are asked as they arise rather than saved for a final call. The finished note comes by email as a single document, ordered like your own terms so each point is easy to find.

What it does not cover
The note does not certify that a store complies with the law, does not review contracts with suppliers or carriers, and does not include letters to a customer or an authority. A statute can be amended after the note is written. For a binding view on your store, take the note to a lawyer.
